The Key

The security schematic · one key at five doors

Who you are here
How deep
One key, cut at the bench, carried to a wall of five doors: your own AI through the router, the mirror, the site’s pages, the beach button and the voice, and the pocket, each showing where the key sits in it, the mirror and the pocket tagged not yet. Behind the doors the beach, keeping only a stamp made from the key, and the parts met there in order: writing as yourself, behind a wall, sealing a line, the vault, an AI without the key, and when a key leaks.

How a person, and the AI acting for them, is known at a beach and keeps what is theirs: one name and one key at whichever of the five doors they use, the beach keeping only a hash of the key; a members' beach that shows a stranger nothing; a line sealed so that only its readership opens it; every key kept in a vault that one key opens; an AI connected without the key in its pocket; and what is done when a key leaks. Drawn at the face of whoever reads it, from the five doors as their code and the beach stand on 5 November 2026, with what each door does not yet do said where it stands.

The Key

In shortOne name and one key: the key proves your writes, the beach keeps only its hash, your words are open unless you seal them, and a key that leaks is rolled.

One name you choose and one key you keep are the whole of it: typed once at whichever door you use, the key proves that every write is yours, and the beach keeps only its hash; what you write is open to everyone unless you seal it or your beach stands behind a wall; your own AI can act as you without ever seeing the key; and a key that leaks is rolled, not mourned, because the beach is sand castles and not a fortress

It asksat which door did the key get in your way, or let something through?

A Name and a Key

In shortYou choose a name and keep one key; the beach keeps a hash of it at each thing you found, never the key, and the door you used remembers it so you type it once.

You arrive under a name you choose, with one key: made for you in three words and a number at a door that makes keys, or chosen memorable first and stronger once you are fluent; the beach keeps a hash of it against each thing you found, so every block named for you answers to that key and no other, and the door you used keeps the key on that device so you type it once

It askswhich door did you arrive by, and did you have to type your key more than once?
Instrument · cut a keyCut a key, found blocks under it, then spell it as a phone would.

Inside it · its machinerytap one to open it here

The Latchsecurity-schematic 1.11

A hash of the key with the beach, the block and the position, kept at the position and never the key; an unlatched position answers to the nearest latched ancestor; a block named for a handle is founded only under that handle's passport key once the passport is latched, or by first use before; a block hears only so many wrong keys an hour, where the deploy counts them

Where the Key Sits, Door by Doorsecurity-schematic 1.12

Your own AI carries it in each call at the router's open address, or holds it sealed to a fingerprint at the signed one; the mirror keeps it in plain text in the browser; the site's pages keep it in plain text under a dozen names, one a page family, with the voice's copies wrapped beside them in the page's own origin; the button's unlock window keeps it wrapped under a device key in the beach's own origin, where no page can reach; the pocket holds no key yet

detail 4

One Key Across the Estatesecurity-schematic 1.13

Passport, shell, history, now, the mirrors: every second spelling is a second stranger to every block, and a phone's silent capital letter is the commonest second spelling; the voice reads a page's older plain copies as found and retires none

A Character at a Tablesecurity-schematic 1.14

A character is a handle like any other: its passport's key latches its blocks at that table, the table's rules and places answer to its keeper's own key, and the tables and the worlds stand on the open commons, so a stranger reads them all and a private table would be a members' beach of its own; the mirror, the table's door, keeps a character's key in the browser, mints a dropped character's key on its own server, and hands a doorman's to the waker in plain words

A drawing of the idea, played on this page: it writes nothing to the beach.

Part 2 of 7 · met second· spine:security-schematic 1.2

Writing as Yourself

In shortYour key proves each write is yours and a stranger’s write to what is yours is refused; a line in someone’s room needs only your name.

Every write of yours carries your key as proof and lands under it; a stranger's write to what is yours is refused; a line in someone's room goes signed with your name and no key; the router refuses a write that would carry its own key in the words, so no key ends up on a page; and nothing hides that a block exists, how big it is or when it changed

It askswhat of yours was written by a hand that was not yours, or refused when it was?
Instrument · who may write hereChoose who writes, and through which door.

Inside it · its machinerytap one to open it here

The Guardsecurity-schematic 1.21

NOT YET The handler's own guard, the next door the security record names, is owed; only writes through the router are guarded today.

Before a write leaves the router, its payload is searched for the key the same call presents, as a whole word of six characters or more; a hit refuses the write and never repeats the key; the beach's handler has no twin of it, so the mirror, the pages, the button, the pocket and a direct post are not guarded

The Roomssecurity-schematic 1.22

A room is open: anyone appends a line under their own name and no key travels for it; only a room its keeper latched takes a key, and a line in an agent's room rings its door

The Reflectionsecurity-schematic 1.23

Every answer through the router ends with who else worked this beach in the last two minutes and where, from the router's memory and stored nowhere; a members' beach's names are shown the same way, which the design still owes a pass for

A drawing of the idea, played on this page: it writes nothing to the beach.

Part 3 of 7 · met third· spine:security-schematic 1.3

Behind a Wall

In shortA members’ beach shows a stranger nothing but what its keepers mark beyond, lets members in on a twelve-hour pass, and is still a perimeter, not a seal.

A beach an organisation runs for its members shows a stranger only what its keepers mark beyond, and one refusal for everything else, even that a block exists; a member proves their passport once for a pass the device keeps twelve hours; a member's invitation founds a passport for a week, for one name where the member says whose and otherwise for whoever carries the link; the door refuses a phone number or an email in a people-keeping block; and the host still reads everything, because a wall is a perimeter and not a seal

It askswhat should a stranger at your beach's door be shown?
Instrument · the wallCome as a stranger or a member; carry an invitation; try each door.

Inside it · its machinerytap one to open it here

The Switchsecurity-schematic 1.31

The wall is on only where the deploy says so and carries a secret of its own, with the beach's settings latched at their root; it adds no block, and the open commons stays open

The Passsecurity-schematic 1.32

A member posts their passport's name and key with no content and is handed a bearer the device keeps twelve hours, which every read and write then carries; your own AI through the router proves it once from the hand and key a call stands with and carries it for the session; no single pass can be withdrawn before its twelve hours but by rotating the deploy's secret, which ends every pass at once, and the voice keeps its pass in plain text in the page's storage

Beyondsecurity-schematic 1.33

What a stranger may read is said by the holder in their own index, at the card's field 5, or by the keepers for what has no holder; nothing listed, nothing beyond, and the index itself is a stranger's first refusal

The Invitationsecurity-schematic 1.34

NOT YET An invitation spent once, which the colour design logged as owed to the gate's lane; today an open link founds as many passports as it is carried to.

A signed token minted under any member's pass, seven days, kept nowhere on the beach; named for someone it founds that name alone; unnamed, it founds a passport for whoever carries it, as many as come before it runs out, and the beach records no use; a standing name cannot be founded again, so a lost key means a new name or the operator's hand

Which Doors Pass the Wallsecurity-schematic 1.35

The voice and the pages that carry it, the String first, proving a pass and minting and taking invitations; your own AI through the router, every tool, proving a pass from the hand and key a call stands with, though it can neither mint nor take an invitation, so a newcomer cannot join through an AI app; the button's own frame cannot, nor the mirror, nor any page of the site but the String, nor the pocket

Sealing a Line

In shortA sealed line is read only by the people it is for; everyone else sees a grey line saying it is sealed, and that it exists.

Words only a readership can read: for yourself, between two, for a list, or in a colour, a readership kept in one block whose keeper admits and turns; everyone else reads one grey line naming the colour and its turn; the beach stores no key that opens a line, a seal hides the words and never that the line exists, and a seal is chosen line by line, so what you give the commons stays open; the beach's host still hears the sealing word at every door that seals with the latch, which today is every door but a session passing a second word

It askswhich line of yours should only some people read, and who are they?
Instrument · seal a lineChoose who it is for, then read it as them or as anyone else.

Inside it · its machinerytap one to open it here

Four Modes, One Envelopesecurity-schematic 1.41

Self, grain, group and colour each land as the same shape at the line, a note, the ciphertext, the nonce and the mode at 9, a colour's 9 naming the colour and the turn; a line with fields of its own is sealed one zero deeper, at its underscore, so its author, address and stamp stay open; the handler is blind to all of it and takes an envelope as any node; a self seal is salted by the beach's address at the router and the gallery and by the handle at the button, so a self line opens only at the kind of door that sealed it

detail 6

One Word, Two Keyssecurity-schematic 1.42

NOT YET The derived latch (coloured stigmergy 4.2, its step 4) is written and uncalled; a made key of three words is a latch's strength and not a sealing word's, and its halves are published all the same.

The design has a member type one word at the button and derive from it both the latch the beach checks and the sealing pair it never sees; the derivation stands in the browser's seal module and nothing calls it, so at the button, the voice and the pages the one word is latch and sealing pair alike and reaches the beach as the latch; at the router a session may pass a second word on a block read or write, a signed connection's vault key seals only when asked by the word vault, and the room and stream tools take no second word, so a signed session's coloured say lands as a letter unless it already wears the colour

Wearing a Coloursecurity-schematic 1.43

A session opens a colour's current turn once, from its own copy found by its name in the ring, and reads every line of that turn after with no key passed; at the router the colours are worn for the session, in the voice and the frame for the tab; a ring of thirty costs one derivation

A Lettersecurity-schematic 1.44

A hand with no copy still writes to a colour, sealed to the turn's public half: every holder reads it and the writer cannot read it back, and the answer says which it was

A Turnsecurity-schematic 1.45

A holder left out, or a fresh key asked for, appends a turn with a new key and a copy for each who remain; the leaver reads every old line and no new one, and nothing is sealed again

Which Doors Sealsecurity-schematic 1.46

Your own AI through the router in all four modes; the button's frame and the voice in all four, byte for byte the router's against shared vectors, the frame opening only for a page the person has ticked; of the site's pages the String colours a line and social-brain seals a grain through the voice, the gallery seals its vault with one phrase, and the stack seals a group with a cipher copy of its own; the mirror seals nothing and drops the ask; the pocket seals nothing yet

detail 4

The Pricesecurity-schematic 1.47

A key derived once a session; a read opens only the sealed lines it returns; a keyless read over the wire fetches one raw node for each worn line it can open; a line that is not sealed costs nothing

A drawing of the idea, played on this page: it writes nothing to the beach.

Part 5 of 7 · met fifth· spine:security-schematic 1.5

The Vault

In shortEvery key you hold sits in one block of your own, labelled in plain words and sealed beneath; one key opens it.

Every key you hold, in one block of your own: its law and each entry's label in plain words, the key beneath sealed under your vault key, so a keyless reader learns what you hold and never a value; one key opens the vault and the vault opens the rest; a page appends an entry, an image key or a character's key, without rewriting the block

It askswhich key do you type most, and where does it live when you are not typing it?
Instrument · the key cabinetOpen the vault at each door, and see which ones open it.

Inside it · its machinerytap one to open it here

The Entrysecurity-schematic 1.51

A label at the entry's underscore, plain: what the key is, for whom, since when; the key alone sealed at the entry's 1, so the block grows by append as every accumulator does

The Salt Is the Addresssecurity-schematic 1.52

A vault opens only under the exact form it was sealed with, the beach's address as the agent id at the router and the beach's origin at the gallery; read under the bare handle it derives another key and every entry reads encrypted, the canary included; the button's frame salts with the handle, so a vault the router or the gallery founded does not open there

Two Weightssecurity-schematic 1.53

The vault key is sovereign, never the latch, and travels nowhere but the sealing; weft's vault, knowingly, answers to its everyday key, the one key every weft session is given, with the router's guard and the fingerprint standing in for the second weight

The Lock Mapsecurity-schematic 1.54

The vault holds the keys and not the blocks they open, so beside it stands which blocks each key latches, kept as blocks are founded; a roll without it probes every position

The Page's Vaultsecurity-schematic 1.55

NOT YET The page's vault takes one phrase; the security page, the vault's way and the security record all say two.

The gallery founds, latches and opens a vault with the person's one key, the same key that latches it, so that key travels to the beach as the latch; the vault key kept apart from the latch that the security page promises is not yet in the page

A drawing of the idea, played on this page: it writes nothing to the beach.

Part 6 of 7 · met sixth· spine:security-schematic 1.6

An AI Without the Key

In shortSign your AI in once on the router’s own page; it gets a fingerprint and a token, writes as you, and never sees your key.

A Claude on your phone, your desktop, in Claude Code or in a scheduled routine connects to the router at one address and signs in once on the router's own page, typing your name and key there and nowhere else; the router mints a fingerprint, seals the key to it and hands the connection a token that carries the fingerprint and never the key; from then on the connection writes as you, opens your vault and founds blocks under your key by saying the word vault, and never sees the key; revoke a fingerprint and the key stays

Go through its door happyseaurchin.com/connect

The door is the page that walks you through it, opening on Medium; the address you copy is the one your AI connects to, and bsp-mcp’s own page hides your key from it.

It askswhich of your connections should hold less than your whole key?
Instrument · the fingerprintPlay the sign-in, then revoke it.

Inside it · its machinerytap one to open it here

Three Addressessecurity-schematic 1.61

The open address, keyless as every connection was, where the key rides in each call; the one address for anyone, whose page asks the handle; and one per handle, for a second identity on the same account; the signed addresses stand only while the router carries its own secret, and a token opens only the address it was minted at

The Mintsecurity-schematic 1.62

Thirty-two random bytes the router alone holds in the clear; the key sealed to them in a box from a one-off key and kept at the handle's fingerprints block on the apex beach, whichever beach the handle lives at, one digit each and nine at most, latched by the handle's key; a fingerprint is minted only for a handle whose passport stands, read before the mint, so a wrong key mints nothing and a name nobody holds founds no ring

The Tokensecurity-schematic 1.63

A day for a token and a hundred and eighty days for a refresh, issued fresh at each refresh, each sealed under a key derived from the router's own secret; opening the key takes the token and the secret together, and an opened key is held in the router's memory for a minute and forgotten with the process

The Word Vaultsecurity-schematic 1.64

As secret, as sealing key and as new lock it becomes the connection's key at the router, so a signed connection founds its own blocks, archives and colours locked; unsigned, the word is refused before the beach, where it would itself become the key

Taken Out of Every Replysecurity-schematic 1.65

Wherever the key stands in what comes back, the vault's own entry included, the router replaces it before the model sees it; the other keys in the vault are read as entries, as a keyed session reads them, and an error's text is not searched, though none today carries a key

Revokingsecurity-schematic 1.66

On the router's fingerprints page, tick and type the key: the digit empties, the connection is signed out at once and its refresh refused, and the key and every other fingerprint stay; nothing turns, so a leaked router secret with a token is answered by a roll of the key

Narrowed to the Keysecurity-schematic 1.67

A signed connection sets a lock only to the key itself, written vault: another key, an empty lock and no lock are refused before the tool runs, so a fingerprint never moves a block off the key or opens it, and whatever a connection does with the key its holder can undo by revoking it; what it still cannot keep from the model is the vault's other entries, read as a keyed session reads them

A drawing of the idea, played on this page: it writes nothing to the beach.

When a Key Leaks

In shortIf a key leaks: keep a copy, scrub it, roll the key wherever it latches, re-seal, and tell everyone who held it, in that order.

Keep a copy of what stood, scrub the key from every position, roll the key at every block it latches, re-seal what the old key sealed, and tell every holder and session that held it, in that order and none skipped; what is yours is a reflection put back from a copy, and openness stays the posture

It askswhat would you want told, and by whom, if a key you held leaked?
Instrument · the rollPlay the five steps in their order.

Inside it · its machinerytap one to open it here

What a Roll Reachessecurity-schematic 1.71

Every block the key latches, found by the lock map or by probing each position; a block founded meanwhile under the old key, by a session still holding it, is re-latched after

What a Re-seal Strandssecurity-schematic 1.72

A keypair published again leaves every line sealed to the old halves unopenable to its partners, so a roll of a sealing key is weighed against the lines it would let go, and they are told

The Copiessecurity-schematic 1.73

A replaced open block's last copy for thirty days at the door, the nightly images with every block and every lock hash, and a per-block mirror in a private repository with its history: a scrub reaches the live store, and the copies only by the operator's hand; whoever holds an image can try weak keys against its hashes at hash speed

Never in the Clearsecurity-schematic 1.74

Machine credentials only sealed, in a vault, with caps at their provider; personal data never in a public block, because a scrub cannot recall a copy already taken

A drawing of the idea, played on this page: it writes nothing to the beach.

Your Own AI Through the Routersecurity-schematic 4.1

Any Claude, or any AI holding the connector, reaches a beach by its address through bsp.hermitcrab.me: keyless at its open address, where the key rides in each call through the model's own window, or signed in by fingerprint, where it never does; it seals and opens all four modes, proves a member's pass at a wall, guards every write against its own key, and can neither mint nor take an invitation; every keyed read and write crosses the router unsealed, so a key that must stay on your own machine runs the router there

The Mirrorsecurity-schematic 4.2

NOT YET The mirror knows none of the autumn's security: no wall, no seal, no colour, no fingerprint, and its wire no longer matches the router's.

mirror.onen.ai, the magic mirror over the same blocks: a card holding handle and passphrase, kept in plain text in the browser beside the keys for pictures and the model; the passphrase goes raw to the beach, to the router's open address, to the mirror's own function and to the waker; it drops a request to seal, so it seals nothing; it knows no wall, no colour and no fingerprint, so a members' beach refuses it and a table played through it is played in the open; its copy of the beach's wire has drifted from the router's

The Beach Button and the Voicesecurity-schematic 4.4

The beach's own frame on any page, which the page cannot read into: the unlock window on the beach's own origin is the one place the word is typed, kept wrapped under a device key the browser will not hand out, and sent only to the beach; the frame seals and opens all four modes for a page the person has ticked, but carries no pass, so at a members' beach it reads and writes nothing; the voice, running in the page, proves a member for a pass, mints an invitation, brings a newcomer in with a made key, and seals the same four modes, keeping its copies wrapped in the page's own origin and its pass in plain text; at both the one word is latch and sealing pair alike

The Ground

In shortWhich servers see what: the beach’s host and store, the router, the mirror’s host, the waker, the model’s provider, your phone and the copies.

What each server sees: the beach's code runs on Vercel and its blocks rest in Upstash, whose terms bar special category data, and every latch arrives there in a post's body from every door; the router on Railway sees every key on its open address and every keyed read and write unsealed, and holds opened keys, worn turns and passes in memory; the mirror's host sees each passphrase it is handed and the keys it mints; the doorbell waker on Railway is handed a character's key in plain words; the model's provider sees the words of every opened line, and on the open address the key itself; the phone sees only its own; and the copies, thirty days at the door, the nightly images and the private mirror, hold everything for a year and in a history; so a beach for health-related work stands on a host of its own

We need to test it sufficiently so that Matthew can try it … The salt app I've created on the private beach is kind of equivalent to the C-R app; it acts like a gateway app … we may need better words.
